DUCRETET Group

It all began three years ago when my boss called me and said: "Laurent, I need to retrieve an email address that I have lost. It is very important. Could you please restore an email that was sent in September 2002?" Backing up Exchange Server is rather complex and time-hard disk consuming and I had no time allowed to do it.

I began searching the net for the ultimate tool that would save us time and money. I found this excellent site for Exchange administrators: http://www.slipstick.com that references GFI products. Feedback from users was excellent. I decided to install it.

Since then we have saved lots of time and money. My boss called me recently and told me he urgently needed proof that an email had been sent, "we could save thousands of Euros if you retrieve this email". We are working in the education field and the government covers most of the student scholarship (refunds, meals and so on). Without this mail and your wonderful product we would have lost this government financial participation.

Also, one of my colleagues recently lost an email regarding an online reservation for his business trip. Restoring this email via GFI MailArchiver V3 was quite easy and fast.

GFI MailArchiver working with GFI MailEssentials is a winning team: my mail archives are clean, no spam in my backups.

Finally my users, including my boss, are happy, but more than this, they feel secure. We've been working three days without corporate email due to a RAID hardware failure. Running GFI MailArchiver saved my job in this case!
